Branding
Vēga Boards was a Swiss brand crafting handcrafted wooden cruiser boards, inspired by the original sidewalk surfing skateboards of the 1960s. The visual identity began with the logo, then extended into business cards and branded stationery. Each board model featured a custom signature, hand-drawn and laser-engraved directly onto the wood — adding a unique, personal touch to every ride.
Vēga Boards

Rooted in the founders’ Indian heritage, Vēga Boards blended Swiss craftsmanship with a meaningful connection to language and symbolism. The brand name Vēga, meaning “speed” in Hindi, set the tone for a lineup of cruisers whose names carried purpose and personality: Tūnkā (“short”), Gālī (“swallow,” nodding to the board’s swallowtail shape), and Lāmbā (“long”). Each name reflected the board’s unique form and ride style. Crafted from locally sourced Swiss wood, every piece celebrated the fusion of precision woodworking and soulful storytelling — turning each board into both a ride and a ritual.
